Ideal candidates have proven beverage leadership experience, deep knowledge of wine and spirits, and a passion for guest service in a fast-paced upscale setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Beverage Manager or Bar Manager in upscale settings.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology.

Key Responsibilities

• Bar Operations
  • Oversee all beverage operations to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Develop, curate, and manage an innovative beverage program, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Train, lead, and schedule bar and front-of-house team members
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for beverage supplies
• Guest Service
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Promote hospitality and uphold service excellence for all guests
  • Support restaurant staff with beverage knowledge and recommendations
• Administrative Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Monitor beverage sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role in a full-service restaurant or upscale hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology
• Leadership skills with experience managing and training a hospitality team
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast-paced restaurant setting
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Schedule

Full-time schedule. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
