The role requires advanced Employee Navigator knowledge, Illinois licensing, strong underwriting experience, and proven renewal negotiations with carriers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of group benefits or commercial insurance experience is required.
• Active Illinois Life and Accident & Health producer licenses.
• Advanced Employee Navigator experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products.
• Ability to train and lead a service team while managing multiple accounts remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary benefit accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for HR managers, owners, employees, carriers, payroll providers and vendors.
• Lead renewals, negotiations, and new business quoting with carriers.
• Coordinate benefits administration, audits, and data feeds with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Provide client education, presentations, and ongoing service excellence.
