Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW GA or MFT required upon hire.
• Minimum 4 years experience with adult/child behavioral health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy on the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit.
• Coordinate therapeutic programming and group therapy schedule.
• Develop treatment plans with interdisciplinary team and ensure updates.
• Discharge planning and referrals to appropriate levels of care.
• Document all therapy and assessments in the EMR in a timely, accurate manner.
