Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field from a accredited program.
• Provisional licensure by the state of Georgia (LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT).
• Ability to assess needs and develop appropriate interventions and care plans.
• Ability to use evidence-based practices to help patients reach goals.
• Ability to manage crises and provide stable care.
• Familiarity with the continuum of care and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for patients with behavioral health and/or substance use disorders through assessment, individual, family, group therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Develop treatment plans with input from patient and family and work with the treatment team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care and follow-up.
