Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure in the area of assignment and three years of experience at the lower level Social Worker, Licensed 3 (HCP052) or equivalent; or three years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Three years of experience in in-patient or out-patient Mental Health settings; knowledge of community resources and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide SW oversight and supervision for West and Central Units as SW Manager.
• Complete SW assessments, discharge planning, and linkage with DD waiver providers.
• Supervise and direct clinical activities of the behavioral health program; oversee 6 FTE and 2 PT staff.
