Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Behavioral Health Technician experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Develop and adjust staff schedules to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Coordinate orientation and training for BHT staff.
• Monitor staff documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in hiring and candidate selection with HR.
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations.
• Attend treatment team and staff meetings as needed.
• Monitor staff engagement and support during crises.
• Assist with crisis interventions and client safety.
• Coordinate transportation and related logistics.
• Track inventory and confiscated client belongings.
• Maintain regular staff communication and shift logs.
• Promote a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Complete required training and maintain certifications.
• Perform other duties to support client care and operations.
