Job summary

Tri-County Human Services is seeking a supervisor to coordinate and deliver services by Human Services Technicians in a residential setting. The role provides direction, oversight, and staff development, ensuring programs meet licensing and accreditation standards.

The position requires five years of experience in addiction/mental health treatment, a Certified Behavioral Health Technician Certificate, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavioral Health Technician Certificate required.
• Five years' experience in addiction and/or mental health treatment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness for 24-hour on-call availability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Human Services Technicians, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Provide ongoing agency-required training to staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and CARF/Medicaid standards.
• Contribute to QA/QI reporting for the program.
• Monitor staffing levels and schedules to meet state requirements with the Program Coordinator.
• Assist in development and implementation of budgets with Nursing Supervisor.
• Ensure department adherence to company policies.
• Assess departmental performance against goals with the Program Coordinator.
• Motivate staff through feedback and incentives.
• Handle day-to-day tasks and other duties as assigned.
