Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred, especially in behavioral health or healthcare.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.

Aufgaben

• Oversees Behavioral Health Technicians and provides performance feedback.
• Orients and trains new staff to the unit and program.
• Assists in interviewing and hiring BHTs.
• Communicates with staff through verbal and written logs.
• Assists with employee disciplinary actions and develops employee schedules.
• Conducts employee performance evaluations and assists with client interventions.
• Lists listens to clients and BHTs concerning treatment areas.
• Coordinates activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings with Lead BHTs.
• Follows treatment plan objectives and maintains a therapeutic environment.
• Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides input.
• Attends trainings and schedules BHTs for training sessions.
