Job summary

Tri-County Human Services seeks a supervisory leader to coordinate and deliver behavioral health services through Human Services Technicians in a residential setting. You will provide overall direction, staff training, and compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

The role requires a Certified Behavioral Health Technician Certificate and at least five years of addiction/mental health treatment experience, with supervisory responsibilities and 24-hour on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavioral Health Technician Certificate is required.
• At least five years of experience in addiction and/or mental health treatment is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; role includes 24-hour on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver services by Human Services Technicians.
• Provide direction and oversight to HSTs.
• Conduct staff training and development and delivery of behavioral health services in a residential setting.
• Hire, schedule, and evaluate staff performance in accordance with agency policy.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid, CARF, and internal policies.
