Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations.
• Train and support BHT team in all operations.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules.
