Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel (PA) is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our 60-bed residential facility. You will oversee daily operations, supervise the BHT team, and support a warm, recovery-focused environment at our Lake Ariel location.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a year of recovery-field experience, and CPR certification. A valid driver's license is preferred, and sobriety history is considered in accordance with our program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience in recovery field.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsabilités

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
