Job summary

Beach House Center for Recovery in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for the 2nd shift. • Professional demeanor, and ability to act professionally with clients and staff at all time.
• One year experience as a Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• The position requires walking and standing both indoors and outdoors for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Manages & leads BHTS on 2nd shift
• Works daily with patients to provide support, encouragement, and guidance
• Assists in emergency situations as directed
• Ensures patients attend scheduled activities
• Recognizes crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions based on training and experience
