Job summary

Beach House Center for Recovery in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for the 2nd shift. The role requires supervising BHTs, hands-on patient support, and responding to emergencies, with an emphasis on providing guidance and enabling participation in scheduled activities.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of Lead BHT experience, maintain a professional demeanor, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• The position requires walking and standing both indoors and outdoors for long periods of time

Salary Range: $19.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Juno Beach, Florida that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection.
We are currently looking for a Lead Behavioral Health Technician (2nd Shift) to add to our Behavioral Services staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manages & leads BHTS on 2nd shift
• Works daily with patients to provide support, encouragement, and guidance
• Assists in emergency situations as directed
• Ensures patients attend scheduled activities
• Recognizes crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions based on training and experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
• Weekend availability

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 2 years (Preferred)
