Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for our new detox and residential facility. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, supportive recovery environment.

Experience coordinating intake, transportation, meals, and medications is a plus. You will train and support the BHT team, escalate crises, engage clients and uphold all policies.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles.

Mansioni

• Manage all daily residential operations ( intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
