Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our detox and residential facility. You will support daily residential operations, from intake to transportation and medication administration, across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Empathy and compassionate communication indispensable.
• Ability to set firm boundaries while maintaining warmth.
• Dignified, honest character consistent with recovery principles.
• CPR certification preferred; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
