Job summary

Harboroaks seeks a seasoned leader to oversee clinical operations across behavioral health services in Germantown, TN. The role emphasizes oversight of treatment access, staff supervision and program development to service diverse populations.

You will monitor performance, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with accreditation and funding standards while maintaining a patient-centered, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or psychiatric nursing is required.
• Five+ years of behavioral health experience with clinical work across SMI/SED/DD/SUD.
• Three+ years of supervision and three years in utilization management or management/administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned.
• Monitor clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access.
• Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results and develop improvement plans.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training and performance management.
• Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs.
• Participate in planning and reporting processes and represent the company at community meetings.
• Collaborate with staff to foster a cooperative work environment and ensure compliance with accreditation and funding standards.
• Maintain patient safety as a top priority and address complaints professionally.
