Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or psychiatric nursing.
• 5+ years in behavioral health with clinical experience across target populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD).
• 3+ years of supervision experience.
• Experience in management/administration and Utilization Management.
• Full license in LLP/LP, LPC, LMSW, NP/RN.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification; First aid may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned.
• Oversee clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access.
• Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results and develop improvement plans.
• Staff management including hiring, development, training and performance management.
• Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and reporting processes.
• Represent the company at meetings in the community.
• Collaborate with employees to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Support compliance with accreditation standards and funding/licensing boards.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers; address complaints and prioritize patient safety.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
