Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field required.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to deliver quality patient care and outcomes.
• Contribute to planning and implementation of program goals, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program budget and policies; supervise counselors and clinical staff as needed.
• Implement procedures to ensure efficient operations; coordinate care delivery and billing.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development and performance management.
• Responsible for an assigned caseload if applicable to the program.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels for timely care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain charts/records.
• Serve as liaison with other staff on regulations and standards for clinical areas.
• Assist in developing operating policies; ensure compliance with standards and safety.
