Job summary

Evoraa Holdings LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing team in a behavioral health setting in Tennessee. You will direct RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, develop policies, manage records, and ensure infection control and patient safety in collaboration with medical teams.

You will oversee treatment planning, uphold HIPAA, and maintain high standards of care while communicating effectively with staff and referral sources. A valid TN RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in TN and current BLS certification.
• 3 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience in policy management, leadership and regulation compliance.
• Ability to work with chemically dependent and psychiatric care patients respectfully.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage department records and staff documentation.
• Oversee infection control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with medical teams on patient treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
• Attend required staff trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with pharmacy as needed.
• Support nursing staff with daily activities.
• Uphold HIPAA and patient information protection.
