Qualifications

• RN license with active state board registration.
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or detox settings preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training required within first month.
• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shift coordination and staff assignments in a residential setting.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care and oversee MAR documentation.
• Coach staff, escalate issues to management, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and counselors to update treatment plans.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory readiness.
