Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing
• Promote patient safety and compassionate care
• Coordinate physician orders and nursing care plans
• Document medical and behavioral health information
• Administer medications and maintain records
• Mentor and train staff and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead shift for admissions and discharges and adjust staffing as needed
• Provide direct care as needed
