Job summary

AACI is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor in San Jose, CA to supervise IBH providers, maintain a small clinical caseload, and deliver direct counseling services. The role requires active CA licensure and experience in clinical supervision within a diverse community setting.

You will collaborate with the primary care team, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in trainings and case conferences. This stable office-based position offers solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Current California licensed clinican (MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Two years or more post licensure experience.
• Two years or more direct clinical experience.
• Supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve IBH provider clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
• Provide clinical supervision and feedback to clinicians.
• Offer client-centered individual, group, and family counseling.
• Assign cases based on admissions and medical necessity.
• Coordinate referrals and case management services.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical records per standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with primary care to integrate behavioral health.
