This in-person role provides direct oversight of mental health and case management services to children and families, supervising staff and coordinating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social science field.
• At least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field.
• One (1) year in a leadership role.
• BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist.

Responsabilités

• Oversees mental health services and case management for children and families.
• Supervises Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors.
• May maintain own caseload in addition to supervising staff.
• Acts as liaison with external agencies and collaborates on multidisciplinary teams.
