Job summary

Cortica in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks a Lead Behavior Trainer to mentor and train Behavior Technicians while delivering direct behavior-analytic services to autistic children and others with neurodevelopmental differences.

You will lead orientation, coordinate trainings, support credentialing with BCBA teams, conduct crisis and safety trainings, and document in EMR and Microsoft Office. Travel 20–40 miles daily to client homes, schools, and clinics; some remote admin work may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience delivering ABA services to children/adolescents/adults.
• Current RBT or BCAT certification.
• Reliable transportation with travel 20–40 miles per day to client locations.
• Must obtain safety training within 90 days of employment.
• First aid/CPR training or ability to obtain.
• TB clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train Behavior Technicians during orientation, sessions, and quality checks.
• Lead on-site orientation, manage presenters and serve as primary contact in first two weeks.
• Deliver trainings and presentations to new teammates.
• Support Learning & Development with orientation presenters.
