Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care for children with autism across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. The role emphasizes treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, and parent training in in-home, daycare, and school settings.

You will focus on clinical excellence while a back-office team handles administrative tasks, with compensation per hour and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision and parent training preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings for seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines and company policies.
