Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Lead Behavior Trainer in Charlotte, NC to mentor Behavior Technicians and provide direct ABA services to children and others with neurodevelopmental differences. The role includes onboarding, trainings, credentialing support, and collaboration with BCBA and Clinical Excellence teams.

The position offers on-site and some remote administrative duties, with travel within the designated region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering ABA services to children/adolescents/adults.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: RBT or BCAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train Behavior Technicians; lead onboarding and orientation.
• Deliver direct behavior-analytic services in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Ensure documentation, data collection, and reporting are timely and accurate.
• Coordinate trainings with Learning & Development and BCBA support teams.
• Travel region to provide therapy as assigned; some on-site and remote admin tasks.
