Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician to work in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will lead the treatment team, implement ABA-based plans, and ensure daily requirements are completed across shifts.

Required are 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent (or related field) with 3+ years in mental health, and proven leadership. English communication is essential. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HighSchool Diploma or equivalent or related field, plus 3 years or more of experience in the mental health field.
• Experience working in a leadership role.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead on each shift to ensure the treatment team functions smoothly and daily requirements are completed.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis and highly structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Provide crisis intervention for self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior.
• Supervise individuals in a residential therapeutic setting and adapt programs to individual IPs.
