The role requires ABA implementation, ongoing behavior support planning, and crisis intervention. On-call rotation applies, with opportunities to grow in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years in mental health.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift to ensure the team operates smoothly.
• Direct supervision of individuals with autism in residential settings.
• Implement ABA and structured behavior support plans.
• Manage crisis interventions and on-call rotation.
