Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital Inc in Westerville, OH seeks a Behavior Analyst to design and supervise ABA services for children with ASD/IDD and challenging behaviors, using functional assessments and individualized behavior plans.

You will train staff, provide parent and school consultations, coordinate care, and ensure evidence-based, culturally mindful practice under supervision; Master’s degree and BCBA/COBA are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, speech, or a related field.
• BCBA and COBA certifications required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and auto insurance as required by hospital policy.
• Two years of experience in autism spectrum disorders; one year in a related Behavior Analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical care using ABA procedures, assessments, and developmentally appropriate norms.
• Designs and oversees ABA services; develops goals and teaching procedures.
• Supervises BCBA candidates and RBTs; ensures supervision documentation.
• Trains staff, conducts parent training and school consultations; coordinates care.
