Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavior support plans for individuals in crisis program.
• Observe consumer behavior and complete initial behavioral assessments.
• Develop and deliver staff training on behavior support plan implementation.
• Participate in joint team meetings and provide professional feedback.
• Join consumer crisis team meetings and contribute to decisions.
• Provide behavior support training to external stakeholders during transitions.
