Southeast Missouri Residential Services in Poplar Bluff, MO is seeking a Lead Behavior Analyst to prepare and administer behavior support plans for residents in a crisis program, to improve adaptive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors that may lead to restrictive interventions.
The role requires MO licensure as a Behavior Analyst and BCBA certification, with a strong emphasis on observation, collaboration, and communication.
This position is located at Southeast Missouri Residential Services, 2351 Kanell Blvd., Poplar Bluff, Mo 63901. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. You may work non-traditional schedule to allow for 24-hour care.

This is a professional level position accountable for preparing and administering behavior support plans for the residential crisis program, to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors resulting in restrictive interventions or placements for individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
Possession of a current professional license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA).
Strong observation skills.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
