Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance and contribute to store success through client engagement and product knowledge.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop staff; support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
