Job summary

CAE Simuflite in Orlando is seeking an experienced Instructor Pilot to lead flight simulator and ground school sessions, building pilot confidence and ensuring readiness for critical moments. You will instruct using CAE-approved curriculum while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining regulatory compliance.

As a BE-400 Instructor Pilot, you will guide clients through all training phases, conduct thorough briefings, and document records.

Qualifications

• 3,000+ hours of total flight time.
• 2–5 years of job-relevant experience.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate with one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Authorized to live/work in the United States.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training per regulatory standards and CAE curriculum.
• Serve as SME guiding clients through training phases.
• Provide simulator, flight, and classroom instruction for licenses, type ratings, and pilot qualifications.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Maintain training records and recommendations; monitor instructor qualifications.
