Job summary

CAE is seeking a BE-400 Instructor Pilot in Orlando to develop confident, highly skilled pilots through world-class simulator and ground school instruction. You will lead clients through training using CAE-approved curriculum, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Role requires 3,000+ flight hours, an ATP certificate, and unrestricted PIC type rating. Advancement to Training Center Evaluator may occur after ~1.5+ years with business needs, including

Qualifications

• 3,000+ hours of total flight time required.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training per CAE curriculum and regulatory standards.
• Serve as SME guiding clients through all training phases.
• Provide simulator, flight, and classroom instruction for licenses, type ratings, and qualifications.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Complete administrative training records and monitor instructor qualifications.
• Support curriculum development as an SME when required.
• Potential to qualify as Training Center Evaluator after 1.5+ years based on business needs.
• Participate in training programs that may include international travel.
