Job summary

CAE Inc in Whippany, New Jersey, seeks an Instructor Pilot to develop pilot confidence and skill through high-quality simulator and ground training, leading sessions, briefings, and SME input across assigned aircraft platforms.

You will deliver flight simulator and ground school training, conduct pre- and post-flight briefings, maintain records, and help with internal course development; after ~1.5 years you may qualify as a Training Center Evaluator.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written.
• FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000+ total flight hours preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in alignment with regulatory requirements and CAE curriculum.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Act as SME for client training and internal course development.
• Maintain training records and qualifications; recommend remedial training when needed.
• Provide instruction across one or more aircraft types for licenses and qualifications.
