Job summary

GreenLight ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, supervising clinicians, and collaborating with families and healthcare teams.

You will monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation while staying current with best practices and research in ABA.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising BCBAs/Associates encouraged.
• Ability to collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Strong record-keeping and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
• Supervise and train Associates and BCBAs to ensure high-quality services.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices in ABA and stay up-to-date on relevant research and evidence-based practices.
