Job summary

Circle City ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and coordinate ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a center-based setting. You will assess skills, develop individualized treatment and behavior plans, and supervise staff while engaging families to support client progress.

This role emphasizes leadership, staff mentorship, compliance with licensure, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative clinical team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with managing and coordinating care across teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of client skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide staff training, supervision, and feedback to improve client progress.
• Lead caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Maintain licensure and credentials with BACB and state regulations.
