TEAM 4 KIDS Pediatric Therapy in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Lead BCBA to oversee our ABA program and supervise BCBAs and RBTs. This leadership role focuses on maintaining high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA License in Arizona. If out of state must be willing to obtain an AZ License.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA therapy experience with supervision and mentoring of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and their families, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs, fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans and adherence to best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (OT, PT, ST) to provide comprehensive care.
• Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Provide training and support to staff, ensuring a high standard of care and client outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and ongoing professional development activities.
