Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy in Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-LBA) to lead and supervise ABA therapists, design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, and implement behavior intervention plans. The role emphasizes data-driven program adjustments and close collaboration with parents for training and progress review.

Remote and telehealth roles are available with in-person assessments required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Active LBA license in Arizona.
• Ability to perform in-person assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases
• Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress
• Review reports and session notes
• Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes
• Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques
