Job summary

Clearsteps ABA seeks a Lead BCBA to supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and analyze data to demonstrate progress.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating with families and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
