Job summary

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs and supervise RBTs across our west Phoenix valley clinics.

You will deliver individual and group sessions, train families, supervise RBTs, and contribute to treatment planning in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment with mentorship, competitive benefits, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current AZ BCBA license.

Responsibilities

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes, parent training, supervision of RBTs and evaluations.
• Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings.
• Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.
