Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is hiring a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Spring Ridge, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism, supervising RBTs, and engaging in program development. Candidates must have an active BCBA certification and at least 3 years of ABA experience. The position offers a salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a bonus potential of up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the ABA field with at least 2 years holding BCBA license.
• Ability to work with children ages 2–18, primarily under age 6.
• Experience supervising and developing RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs.

Skills

Active BCBA certification

Experience in ABA field
