Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services in Spring Ridge, PA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervise RBTs, and conduct assessments and treatment plans. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Education
