Qualifications
3 years of experience in the ABA field, including 2 years with BCBA license.
ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
