You will collaborate with Clinical Directors and other BCBAs to deliver high-quality care and maintain compliance with guidelines. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 USD per year along with comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is mandatory.
• State licensure required in relevant locations.
• Experience in ABA, preferably with RBT background.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Conduct assessments and write treatment plans.
• Supervise and develop RBTs.
• Collaborate with clinical directors and peers.
