Invo Healthcare, a proud partner of The Stepping Stones Group, seeks a dynamic, full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the IMPACT team at a high school in Wimauma, FL. The BCBA will lead assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide team consultation on student needs and progress.

The role involves supervising on-site RBTs, conducting FBAs/BIPs, data-driven decision making, and active participation in IEP/MTSS meetings.

Formación

• Currently certified as a BCBA/BCBA-D and in good standing with the BACB; a minimum of 2 years of certified experience is preferred
• Ability to independently work as a BCBA with a variety of students and school teams
• Experience working with students with significant behaviors (aggression, threats, elopement, destruction, self-injury)
• Experience consulting with caregivers and school staff on behavioral strategies
• Experience supervising RBTs in line with BACB requirements preferred
• Experience working in the school setting preferred

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop, monitor and revise behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• May oversee and supervise two on-site RBTs with regular observation and training
• Review data and approve plan changes; supervise RBTs to ensure plans are followed
• Provide direct services to students as needed and model behavior interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals to promote consistent application of strategies
• Participate in IEP, MTSS and crisis-planning meetings as requested
• Collaborate with administrators, counselors and school staff on student needs and outcomes
• Communicate with school staff, parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Maintain records and data for progress monitoring and reporting
• Carry out crisis management procedures as needed
• Coordinate with the regional clinical team for backup support
