Job summary

Lakes Country Academy in Fergus Falls, MN, seeks a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior programming for students with EBD and ASD in a regional Setting IV program. This role supervises RBTs, conducts FBAs, develops Behavior Support Plans, and guides data-based decisions to support classrooms.
