Job summary

Gersh Autism in Manchester, NH seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral supports for children with autism. The BCBA oversees ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, develops comprehensive treatment plans, and ensures program quality.

This is a full-time role with strong supervision and data-driven responsibilities. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and requires mastery of ABA principles, BACB certification, and the ability to travel between

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• BACB certification for Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCBA candidates.
• Deliver behavioral assessment results and data-driven interventions.
