Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background in verbal behavior assessments and language/skill-based curricula.
• Experience in 1:1 education of learners with autism across educational and community settings.
• Experience collecting, graphing, analyzing data and discussing progress.
• Minimum two years experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Master's degree required; preferably ABA-accredited program.
• Must possess a BCBA license in NJ and maintain good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) during initial assessments or when problem behaviors arise.
• Review treatment plans with parents/caregivers prior to implementation and obtain signatures.
• Coordinate care between home, school, and other service providers to align treatment goals.
• Provide supervision to BCBA candidates, BCaBAs, and RBT candidates.
• Provide parents and caregivers with training on Applied Behavior Analysis strategies.
• Inform supervisor if additional service hours are needed for assessments, training, or supervision.
• Maintain data collection and analysis, updating goals weekly with client present.
