Job summary

Graham Behavior Services in West Long Branch, NJ is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based ABA programs for individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification and NJ state licensure in good standing.
• BACB supervision credential or ability to acquire one.
• Minimum of two years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong 1:1 ABA delivery across clinic, home, and community settings.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with families and team members.

The role runs Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and requires conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and behavioral challenges. The BCBA works within an interdisciplinary team to design and implement evidence‑based programs that promote meaningful skill development and quality of life across all clients.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct verbal behavior, language, play, and skill‑based assessments and design individualized curricula based on the results.
• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans and treatment programs.
• Collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision‑making.
• Provide supervision for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated, high‑quality care.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of ABA principles, ethical standards, and current best practices.

What You Bring

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, preferably from a BACB‑accredited program.
